You have three options:
1) Purchase the Artwork of your choice from the A la Carte menu in full on the day of your session
2) Pre-Purchase the Collection of your choice in full prior to your session
3) Set up a Pre-Session Payment Plan to break up your payments into chunks prior to your session. 

A la Carte
Clients who decline to pre-purchase a Collection in full, may simply come to their Session and Ordering Appointment and pay in full for their purchase, however they will not be able to take advantage of savings from Collection Pricing

Signature Collections/Bonuses & Savings
Clients who pre-purchase a Collection in full prior to their session receive bonuses (extra outfits & discounts for artwork) at a savings valued at over $1,000 off A la Carte menu pricing. Clients may either pre-pay for their chosen Collection in full or request a pre-session payment plan  for the Collection of their choice. Either way, these are only available for purchase before their session so we may properly prepare for the experience with their chosen options, and must be paid in full. These Collections will not be available on the day of their Session.

Every client is offered a pre-session payment plan that can start as early as the day they book their session and can extend until 7 days prior to their session. These funds apply to the A la Carte menu on the day of their session OR to pre-payment in full for the Collection of their choice. The amount and frequency are the client’s choice.

What are the payment options regarding the purchase of my photographs?

Nope! Simply show up to your session and pay in full for your purchases made during your ordering appointment. However, you will only be able to order from the A la Carte menu, not from the Collections, and you will not receive any pre-paid bonuses & savings that are built into the Collections.

Is prepayment required? 

We are no longer able to offer payment plans after the session and ordering appointment. Payment plans are only available between the date of booking and the session date.

Can I get a payment plan after my ordering appointment? 

We accept cash, and all major credit cards, as well as American Express, Visa and Mastercard or PayPal. We do not accept checks or Venmo. For Spark Fund payment plans, the form of payments must be credit /debit.

What types of payment do you accept? 

Yes. Once the client’s ordering appointment is complete and they have made their selections for purchase, they will sign an Order Agreement which states that we cannot allow for changes to their order. This is the studio policy for all clients and no exceptions will be made. Orders go into production immediately following the Ordering Appointment. Clients may not change, alter, add, reduce or request any other types of changes after the ordering appointment and are asked to come prepared to make final selections that day. 

Are all sales final? 

No worries! You’ll still be able to purchase individual items from our A la Carte menu during your Ordering Appointment. Bonuses will not be available to you if you do not pre-purchase a Collection.

What if I don't want to prepay (ie book a Collection)? 

This is a lot of new info, and it’s important to me to make sure you have everything you need to make the right decision for you!
