We are so excited for you to have your very own Family Portrait Experience that we get started planning as soon as you book your date.

Our studio calendars are completely cleared for the day. YOU are our only priority and we do not take any other sessions that day.  We block your date off often months in advance, and turn away all other clients.

That said, sometimes life happens and your plans change! That’s why we have our reschedule policy so you know what to expect. In the event that you need to change your Family Session date, we require a minimum of 30 days notice to avoid the date change fee charged to your card on file.

Cancel or Reschedule within: 
30 days, $100 charge
14 days: $200 charge
72 hours: $400 charge

The Session Fee is non-refundable once paperwork is signed. 
The date change fee is to rearrange calendars, cross check availability for our team and try to fill the date with another session. Since we book months in advance, the closer it is to your session, the less likely we are able to fill your date resulting in lost income.
